REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made on Connect Nature website.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Return Fee

Return shipping is non-refundable and must be pre-approved by our support team.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

·        Items from any of our Sale collections

·        Items purchased during sitewide Flash Sales or Mega Sale events

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

·        Items must be unused, and unopened, and in original packaging

·        You must include the original receipt or invoice

·        If purchased online, returns must be made via the online returns system with your order number

·        Items must be securely packaged for return

5. How to Return

·        To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at connectnaturesupplements@gmail.com or via our easy online returns system on our website.

·        Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Returns are processed within 14 business days.

6. Refunds

We only offer monetary refunds in the following cases:

·        Incorrect item sent

·        Damaged or defective item received

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card).

7. Missing Refund

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 14 days:

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before processing by contacting customer service with your order number.

If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll issue a full refund, including shipping.

9. Reordering Cancelled Items

You’re welcome to reorder any cancelled item as long as it is in stock.
